Our terms and conditions

1. Services

We provide residential cleaning services as scheduled and agreed upon with the client. Services may include routine cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, or other services discussed at the time of booking.

Specific tasks and service frequency are agreed upon prior to each appointment.

2. Scheduling & Access

  • Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the home at the scheduled service time.
  • If we are unable to access the home, the appointment may be charged as a late cancellation.
  • Pets must be secured during cleaning visits for the safety of both pets and our staff.

3. Payments

  • Payment is due as agreed upon at booking (before or immediately after service).
  • Accepted payment methods will be communicated in advance.
  • Late or unpaid balances may result in paused or canceled future services.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in discontinuation of services.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us.

  • If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to address the concern.
  • Refunds or re-cleans are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Breakage & Damage

  • We take great care while working in your home.
  • Any accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours of service.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by unstable items, improper installation, pre-existing damage, or normal wear and tear.

7. Health & Safety

  • We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe or unsanitary conditions.
  • Clients must disclose any hazards prior to service, including mold, pests, biohazards, aggressive pets, or unsafe environments.
  • We are not responsible for illness or injury caused by undisclosed hazards.

8. Cleaning Supplies (Client-Provided)

To help keep services flexible and affordable, clients are responsible for providing basic cleaning supplies for each visit unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Basic supplies include, but are not limited to:

  • All-purpose cleaner
  • Bathroom cleaner
  • Glass cleaner
  • Disinfectant
  • Paper towels or cleaning cloths
  • Vacuum and/or mop (if applicable)

If required supplies are not available at the time of service, we reserve the right to:

  • Proceed with limited cleaning using available supplies, or
  • Reschedule the appointment, which may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We are not responsible for the effectiveness of cleaning results or for damage caused by client-provided products or equipment.

9. Minimum Service Fee

A minimum service fee of $150 applies to all cleaning appointments, regardless of home size, service type, or duration.

This minimum helps ensure proper scheduling, staffing, and quality service.

10. Estimates & Pricing

  • Pricing is based on the information provided by the client at the time of booking.
  • If the condition of the home differs significantly from what was described (including excessive buildup, pet hair, or additional areas), pricing may be adjusted.
  • Additional services requested during the appointment may incur extra charges.
  • The $150 minimum service fee applies to all jobs.

11. Liability Limitations

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.
  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
  • Valuables, cash, and fragile items should be secured prior to service.

12. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Unsafe working conditions
  • Repeated non-payment
  • Inappropriate behavior toward staff
  • Repeated cancellations or no-shows

13. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
